My N95 does some clever things when you take a pic - it also saves 3 different sized thumbnails - so I uploaded the 320x320 Thumbnails as well as the proper sized pics, used the thumbs on the page and linked to the big ones. I also have a script I sometimes use that takes all the pics in a folder, makes thumb-nails and a mid-sized copy then creates a gallery page for them.
