just a we heads up, 'route points' throws some garmin's wacky when you load them up. best using Waypoints. also best making the ride one file rather than having to load another one after lunch.

I just saved them as GPX in Tyre. Feel free to convert and re-post if you know how? You're a bit of a Tyre guru!

its the settings in tyre need to be changed to waypoints.

i'm off on my jollys tomorrow for the weekend so i'll do it when i get back

top tip Col, if you save all your base files as .trf you can change/upload in tyre to what ever format you like, if tyre is set up for say a tomtom the its just a case of using the menu and sending it to your device and tyre will do all the dirty deeds for you. also good for sending people files if they have tyre installed and then they can do as they please.
