Default What Have You Learned Today?

I've learned that my bike will run out of petrol 23.4 miles after the fuel light comes on - leaving you stranded on the M27 in the ****ing down rain until your friend rocks up with £5 worth of fuel in a jerry can.

It certainly focusses the mind when you have to cross three lanes of traffic to get to the hard shoulder with no power and coasting to a standstill.

So now I know and I won't be doing that again.

I've learned just how feckin' petty some people can be after someone made an official complaint about me moving a bag of crisps from inside my jacket to the door pocket of the jeep at work... WHILST DRIVING!

Apparently, we stop people all the time for it.

I was crawling along in a queue at about 2mph in an automatic BMW X5.

Small minded feckin' ....stain.

Pete

PS, sorry to hear about you running out of fuel!

Today I've learnt that I have a screw in a tyre on my cage and I've also learnt how to kill a load of people in airport terminal...I just bought the new Call of Duty.

So did I! I had to change the wheel on the way to work this morning at 6.30am, took me 6 minutes.

Glad you managed to coast across safely Scoobs!

Pete - that sucks - this sort of petty mindedness seems to be getting worse

I've learned that my bike doesn't want to start on the button when it's sat for a few weeks in the shed - but all was well on the 6th attempt
