Default What a small world!!

So there I was tinkering in the garage when three bikes came past heading up the dead end lane past my house. When they came back, one stopped for a chat, spotted my curvy and said, "I had one of them". The .org then came up in conversation and it turns out that I'm chatting with Zunkus!!!

It was great to meet and have a cup of tea with you and your friends Zunkus.

I mean, for God's sake what were the chances of that? Astonishing!

He did. The three of them are over here touring on hired bikes. Just had a message to say they've arrived safely at their overnight accommodation.

Amazing, and I thought I was doing something extraordinary by arranging to meet up and ride with them on Wednesday. It is indeed a very small world.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted here. A lot since has happened. I got into a big accident on my bike in February 2010. Left leg broken in five places. Had plates in my leg to both tibia and fibula bones as both got broken. 3 months to recover. In the meantime got separated in Feb 2011. Depression. Met my angel Heidi who pulled me out of all this misery. Made me whole again. We now have twins Amy and Thomas. They’re already four as we speak. Tom has NF1, so he had to go through chemotherapy at the age of a year and six months. He stopped taking treatment now and although lost his left eye from a tumor growth in his left eye is otherwise healthy and energetic. He is a fighter.

I’m currently in Wales and me and my mates got lost. A friendly man came to give us a hand and instructions... imagine my surprise after seeing his SV650 in his garage and saying that he is Gary! We used to talk for hours here! It really is a small world!

By the way... I sadly just recently (2 weeks ago) sold my SV650 to make room for an MT09SP. I’m anxious to get my new ride but am sad to have parted with my old horse. It really was a corker!

Blimey mate, you seem to have crammed more into the last 8 years than many of us manage in a lifetime! Something of a rollercoaster ride that!
