You're all wrong, it's definitely the tornado red!

Re: Fork value
TBF they're very, very pretty. You don't see that blue scheme very often either!

Yes you may be interested in a red, but what's to say that you wouldn't take it out fall in love and buy? That's how I got mine, granted I wasn't looking for a particular colour or bike or anything. Saw it, liked the look, asked for a test ride. Got back and half hour later the deal was done. Some dealers don't half make it difficult! Service is the key, yes you may not end up buying that bike but you might come back. One of my local dealers I've been using since 2009 when I passed my test, despite their labour being quite high. Why? Because from the first time I entered they were brilliant, took the time to talk to me. I was there on my DAS, the salesman spent time talking about bikes and options even though he knew I wasn't going to buy. Opposite end of the spectrum another local dealer of honda I won't go near if my life depended on it. Anyway, rant over. How many sales guys work there? Can maybe try going back and asking someone else for a test ride Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

Re: Fork value
I was talking to the owner I think, they do a lot of eBay and biketrader sales so I'm not sure what with them being in the sticks they sell directly to customers much at all.
That was my thinking too, having riden it is may have overlooked the colour. They were idiots when I was looking out for a yzf r125 prior to doing my DAS, safe to say I won't be going back in a hurry so off to Newport I think. Sent from my SM-G903F using Tapatalk

Re: Fork value
Guy on 675.cc has an 09 for sale on 19k for £4250, I hate high mileage but can't decide if that's acceptable.

Re: Fork value
Was the Newport one from CMC ? Got a quick shifter and arrow rear sets. Only weird thing is it's a gen 2 but with gen 1 clocks

Re: Fork value
Yeah it is from cmc, still on 17k but has arrow slip on making it a bit more attractive. Hmm odd that clock thing! What's the difference?

Re: Fork value
I sold my pristine Street Triple R with about 8000 miles on the clock, about 4 years ago for £4250 with just about all the bells and whistles.
They're a rip off if they're still going for that kinda coin at that kinda money.
