Fitting GSXR front mudguard to GSXR USD forks - SV650.org

Need a bit of help here. Just fitted my front mudguard to my USD forks, steel fork brace is in place and I can do up the rear bolts ok

But I'm a bit puzzled how the front attaches?

On the Alphasports parts fiche it shows a bolt and a washer, which looks like it has a collar on it to reduce to hole size. Then the bolt I presumne is meant to pass through the hole of the steel brace? Then the bolt secures to the boss on the bottom of the fork leg.

I've got the brace in the correct place, as the brake hose guides are as they should be on the parts diagram

At the moment I haven't resorted to force, as the mudguard has just been sprayed.

I can't find any good pictures on the net at the mo. The brace is correct for the mudguard.

Any of your pics would help. I'll post some tomorrow

No need to bother, as I have found that 2 brackets to attach the mudguard to each fork leg are missing.

So off to my dealer on Monday with a list or Robinsons Foundry have them
