Its a BIG circuit (3.1 mile lap, probably nearer 5 miles to walk the outskirts as there is a lot of runoff), I suggest you take a pushbike, or a good set of walking boots!!

As its your first track day plenty of stretching before the first session and when you are knackered don't go out on track.

I missed the last session at Lydden coz I was tired but Chris numbers went out and fell off although he denies it was anyting to do with being tired.

yes i fell off, but i tell you i really seriously WAS NOT tired!! mentally and physically i felt fine and had no aches etc etc the next day. but then i am a highly trained athlete! well i train for hockey and badminton once a week play squash once or twice a week and then play a hockey match (sometimes 2) on a saturday.

im balanced between my SV or ZX6 to take, SV is more "track ready" than the kwak and its a bike im not worried of damaging

And it already looks damaged so who'll notice if you crashed!!
