Default The SV650 Suzuki should build...

What do you reckon?. Its taken many hours to get them finished...but i think the end result looks pretty cool. I am now trying to price this lot up to build it to fit a road going bike...

Weighs in at 155kg WET!!!
72BHP at rear wheel.....

I havent added up the total cost yet - dont think i want to !!

oh forgot for interest we are trying the GSXR1000 R&G's on the bikes as all they need is a longer bolt to fit them. They weigh half what the SV ones do and look miles better. Will hopefully offer them instead once we know how they perform.

Ok here goes if i can remember everything!:

SV650SK5

GSXR1000K5 fairing and seat unit
Aluminium subframe
Aluminium clock bracket
Genuine Suzuki Double bubble screen
GPR steering damper
Ohlins shock with longer shock body
Ohlins fork internals
Performance friction brake pads
Goodridge braided lines front and rear
GSXR1000 R&G's
R&G toe guards
Gilles rearsets
HRC kit rear brake pipe.
Titanium bolts everywhere we can use them thanks to Pro Bolt!
Galfer wavey rear disc
Pipercross induction kit air filter
M4 titanium full system
Remapped ECU
Lightweight hardened plastic fairing bolt kit
520 race chain supplied by Regina
renthall 520 sprockets
Renthal grips
Race loom
Ignition switch removed starter now on kill switch
Harris filler caps
K3 riders seats repadded to sit higher on the bike.
One of fairing brackets

think thats about it...we are restricted on what we can do for the race series. There are still a few bits that need doing once we get back from testing in Spain...

Cost - i dare not add it all up

Is it still on the original Dunlop D220's

I wouldn't add up the cost either!

But I likes I do. If you need a test rider, I'm ya man...Slow and steady is my motto. Shame you got rid of the mirrors and indicators. How can one ride in traffic without?
