Default I need a dual sim phone

Apart from the Chinese stuff on E bay, where do I get a dual sim Android 2.2 phone from?

I have been in all my local shops and they look at me as if I head two heads and cannot understand a need for two sims. As in work, personal. I don't want to carry two phones.

Can you not just divert one number to the other phone?
I'm sure thats what Fizz does, he has his work phone diverted to his personal one.

Tim, cant you get the 2nd line on the phone you have now, 2nd line for the 2nd sim. My sis has it on her work phone so she doesn`t have to carry 2 mobiles.

The only name brand Android Dual sim phone is the Motorola XT 800.

The HTC can be use with two sims but you have to manually swap between them so technically not full dual sim.

I used to have a dual sim Siemens in Germany and it was great. And if you were withing a km of home it also acted as your house phone. Why don't we have that here?

Been there done that. It was called the Rabbit Network IIRC and didnt work particularly well like all these good ideas. It was before Mobiles really took off.

Id like the idea of a dual sim, but our company phones run like an internal office extension, so you have internal numbers and have to dial out. also i can turn the company phone OFF when i leave the office an only a few people have my personal number.
