Water definitely, especially now that it's warming up (allegedly!).

Got out this morning with Nora. We did our normal Sunday morning loop. 5.1 miles.

Set out at 7am today for what was meant to be a long run. Got half a mile out and this really unpleasant pain developed between my shoulder blades. Running down hill was the worst, heavier foot fall I think. Ended up doing just 2.7 miles, mostly at a very slow jog or walking pace. Walking is fine, running most definitely isn't.

Hope it doesn't last too long, I have a race in a week and a half.
