I am looking for the easier and cheaper solution so I think the full front end from SRAD is the better way to do it, right??
Why use TL1000S clip-ons and not any aftermarket set?

From the SRAD I will need the forks, the triple clump, front wheel and front brakes system, right?
Plus the TWF Bearing and a set of clipons and I am good to go?

The ZX10 rear shock seems lot of trouble to fit, I think that ZX6 is plug and play solution...

Ha, ha... didn't mean it like that. Its just everybody is always going on about getting the right set up, how can you do that with a rear shock that was designed for another bike and again built on a budget? To be honest the best method is to buy an Ohlins, Penske, Elka, Nitron, etc as the shock was built for the bike and if bought from an offical dealer will be set up for free to your weight and riding style. Ok at between 400-500 quid it is costly but in the long run a better handling bike is well worth the investment, plus you can occasionally pick one up off ebay for less than half price (thank you ebay)!

TLS clipons as they are higher than the 750 SRAD ones, brings the controls to the same lever as they are with a standard SV. You can use aftermarket ones but I would recomend getting high ones as some people have had clearence issues!

Yeah, you definately get what you pay for there's no question about that. I just can't justify that much money on it.

As for the swap you need a mudguard too. Also a front wheel spindle.

The parts from the busas, TLS TLR, SRAD 600 and 750's are widely interchangeable.

You also need some way to sort the speedo.

Speedo can be rigged to the rear wheel easily, or go down the current mod of magnets and pick up. As for the brake system you will only need to calipers as the master cylinders are the same and the SV brake lines are longer so they will reach (good time to upgrade to braided lines if you haven't already). If you shop right you can get all your money back from selling the SV front end.

You'll need the SRAD/TLS/TLR/busa discs too.

I think that the problem is the bottle that is attached to these shocks and the stock shock doesn't have.
The shock I am talking about has this bottle attached with a wire and you can mount it elsewhere....

I believe the ZX6R F model (1995-1997) had a remote reseviour. Given the age the shock would by now almost certainly be due a rebuild. And I have no idea if it would be anything like correct in terms of dimensions, spring rates or damping properties. I don't know of anyone thats tried one on an SV.
