Default rear suspension set up

Mainly a question for Philbut.

I have been setting the sag on my rear end this lunch time (it needs it!). I've given it a tweek to the following settings which seem pretty good but I'll have to see what its like on the ride home.

Fully unloaded (rear wheel nearly off the ground) - 865mm
Static sag (weight of just bike) - 840mm = 25mm
Total sag (with me sitting on it too) - 820mm = 45mm

Does that seem about right? What sort of sag should I be aiming for?
