Anyway, I would need to be at least a mile away from you to get a quiet night. With your alleged snoring and zip fiddling.

Hmmm the nasty part of me thinks it would be funny to turn up at your camp site during the night and cable tie the tent zips closed.

I am looking forward to it- it is soon after the north meets south- but- camping is fun and a weekend away is like a mini break.. should be a giggle.

Very important! I've just come back from Italy where the buggers tucked into me most nights without invitation and despite a liberal application of Jungle Formula.

Sorry I cannot get my head round the idea of sleeping under canvas on the deck. Yes I have done it 30 years ago and discovered that I prefer comfortable beds, hot showers, clean bathrooms, full english in the morning.

Sleeping bag
Rollmat (for Jo)
Tent (for messie)
pair of sandels
spair undies
couple of T-shirts
bar of soad
Toothbrush
Waterproofs.

That's about it.
