EARLY morning rides, road to yourself.
Who on here goes out in the very early hours of the morning (3-4am onwards)?
I was considering it, and wondered what other people think of early rides. |

Re: EARLY morning rides, road to yourself.
3-4 is a bit extreme. Going out as the sun is rising is early enough for me and is a beautiful time. Quiet roads etc, I should do it more...

The sun still rises quite late at the moment, about 6. Im considering getting up at 4.30 tomorrow and going for a ride before work at 6.30, hmmmm.

Re: EARLY morning rides, road to yourself.
Last couple of years I have ventured out early on my Sundays off. I used to get back in the house about 10am just as people were getting up.
I found the rides a lot more enjoyable because the roads are nice & quiet

only problem I can think of is there are less people to scoop you up when you come off my uncle was laying in a ditch with his mate pretty much all night IIRC, think his mate had a collapsed lung.
