Tourists - Shock at seeing the sights?

Heaven help Victor Meldrew there if he goes to Tofino or any other town in British Columbia on the ocean. I sat in the hotel restaurant eating my breakfast, just out the window on the town dock two guys were gutting their morning's catch.

Oh, not just city people, I lived in the countryside all my life, but never experienced as many or as loud as in my wife's village in France, I still make that complaint every time I go. Can the f***ing things not be told that you were still up and drinking whisky only two hours ago? It's a damn good job I'm too slow to catch the them when bleary-eyed or hungover, 'cos we'd be having cockerel kebabs for dinner.

Anything that disturbs sleep is EVIL, especially the morning after a drinking session.

Ha what a t1t. I feel for those kids, why couldn't he have taken it as an opportunity to educate them about the fishing industry instead of sharing their horror. Fish are in the sea, boats take them out of the sea for you and me to eat, this is where they are processed etc etc. Or maybe he doesn't know these simple details...Stupid.
