Default Ebay: Someone selling a 250cc L plated as learner legal?

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...m=251215284824

What is this guy on? L plates are surely for <125 or bike training only. Also he talks about restricting the bike which makes no sense.

If it was used off road then equip for road I think you could then say you registered it in 2012.
But its 250cc so a no no on L plates .

I messaged him about it being learner legal. All he sent me was a grammatical train wreck explaining "Hi yes it is all done thru dvla and inshurance totaly legal".

I just... What does he even mean?

Poor kid who buys this only to get pulled and probably get a ban before he's even passed his test.

Reported him, irks me stuff like this. Fat load of good it'll do though, Ebay don't care and they don't even give you a box to explain why the title is misleading. Pfft.

Not that I have a problem with that, but agreed, just sticking 3 red L's on it does not meka it lerner legal
