Default Gladius Keys

Hi
Not been on here for a while as I sold my SV
Ive got my eyes on a Gladius 09 that doesn't have any keys.
Can I find the key number anywhere by reg no or taking off the ignition key lock etc? if not are the keys coded to the ECU and would i need an ECU as well as keys?
Thanks in advance for any help

You won't need a new ECU.
If you search this forum by typing this command in your browser (include all the words between the quote marks, but not the quote marks themselves)
"site:http://forums.sv650.org lost ignition key"
You'll see many people that have had the same problem and the suggestions. I looked briefly and some say a locksmith will be able to cut a new key for you (if they have the lock). It doesn't appear that Suzuki cross reference the lock number to the VIN.
There are a few used lock sets on ebay which might be cheaper than a locksmith and I also saw this which looked interesting:https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ignition-...kAAOSwO-pcVIsg

Thanks, I saw a few key sets on Fleabay, if I have to change them it wouldn't be a deal breaker I was just concerned about whether I would need to code them to the ECU

I think the Honda HISS immobiliser is like that but there's no electronic anti-theft system on the Gladius.
