Virtualbox on Windows 11 - SV650.org

Hi all, does anyone have any experience using Virtualbox to run older programs? I have a Dazzle Capture device that I want to use with a Sony Handycam but the software won't run on Win 11.

I've used virtualbox for years. I'm running win98, XP and win 7(32bit) as virtuals.

I started all this because Canon failed to produce 64bit drivers for my scanner when I changed to a new PC running Win7(64bit). So I run the scanner on a virtual host using either XP or Win7(32bit). USB and other hardware is passed through the physical host to the virtual fine.

I got the program installed, but sadly Microsoft removed the downloads for the ISOs needed to install Windows in the VM. I'll have to find another way around it

I managed to get the win 7 iso from Microsoft last year. The other iso's I got searching torrents. What OS do you want?

Either Win 7 or XP. I have discs and keys for both, just can't install them via a DVD drive.

I've sent you a virtual host. See DM. If you've got VB installed just double click on the vbox file
