Which slr were you using? Scanning the Agfa Clack negatives at the moment and the results are really surprising for such a basic camera.

I was out all day yesterday at a family wedding. I noticed the photographer was manually focussing. Had a quick chat later and found that he was using old glass on a Fuji digital; mainly Super Takumars and Pentax lenses. And his back up camera??? A Practica MTL3.

I would have thought a wedding would have been too face paced for manual focus. I guess if you are experienced then it wouldn't matter.

I had to tweak the first one as it was very green. Very good quality from a cheap "box camera"

Well it was only £4, and some of the Magicubes I have sitting around can be of use. Also had a half shot film in it so I can reload it.

The Clack picture are good alright. I was using my Pentax Super A, also put a film in the Contessamat today, will over-expose in bright light (the selenium cell maxes out) but otherwise fine, and with Poundland film it tolerates overexposure pretty well.
Ah the Instamatic, nasty things from my youth to be honest, the Magicubes are worth more!

Annoyingly I seem to have more flash cubes than anything else. Problem with these is that you need a battery to fire them, usually 15v to 22v and they cost more than the camera if you can find them!

Nice images from the Clack. I like the sheds/seaside chalets.
I remember having a little pocket instamatic when I was a kid but can't remember what model it was. I don't think I ever used the flashcubes though.

I would recommend the Clack, it even has a flip down yellow filter for black and white. It's quite small as well but packs a 6x9 size negative. I only really bought it for the 126 cartridge.
