I would welcome any product recommendations. I've emailed a couple of companies but they can't be bothered to respond. The floor is new concrete and, I understand, has to be left for 28 days before applying any sealants.

My initial questions are;

How deep is the floor? the industry standard is that it requires 1 month for every inch in depth (this can be a little bit outdated but is a good rule of thumb).

Does it have a damp proof membrane?

What are your expectations? do you want the highest quality self smoothing finish (will make the floor look like glass but is a 3pack product = mm's in depth!! last forever) or does a thinner film build 2 pack product which is more then adequate for most kwick fit type garages, or the more basic single pack product that will look good but no doubt come away when hot tyres stick to it (which is the most common issue) or battered by tools being thrown about.
