Wildkid and I popped out for a bimble to box hill when a storm was upon us, but did see a lovely sunset.

Sorry taken on my iPhone.

Default Trip up to Yorkshire

Some pictures of my weekend trip to North Yorkshire.

Ready to set off from Wales on Friday morning.

Sunday morning, ready to head off for a ride over the tops.

Ripon Cathedral.

Full sized cooked breakfast here in Grassington.

Small market in the town square.

Heading up onto the moors.

Back down to a lower level and warm sunshine

Heading up again.

Bikes, bridge and old railway box wagon.

Nice old bridge.

Box wagon on the moor.

Highest pub in England.

A few bikes there including this nice old B44.

Mick getting it on with the chicks!

Back down to lower levels and we came across this old stone footbridge.

On to Kendal from there and then I headed back home to Wales. A corker of a days ride in near perfect conditions.

Nice pics - this one has me wanting to walk along the ridge. The shape of the ground and the sky really draws the eye.
