Possibly, yes. I assume you mean the choke plunger, but a fuller description would help.

If an SV650 has a flat tyre in the forest and no-one is there to blow it up, how long will it be 'til someone posts that the reg/rec is duff and the world will end unless a CBR unit is fitted? A little bit of knowledge = a dangerous thing.

Yes the choke plunger, theres an o ring that seals it into the carb body.
I need to know what size the o ring is so i can get replacements without having to take the original ones out.

If you find the size it might be worth doing a group buy from Polymax or similar.

If you're spending around £15 it gets much more viable, I had some O-rings for ZX6&10 oil coolers from them, I got 15 of each for the same price as 2 from a Kawa dealer. Viton is ideal for fuel related items though NBR would probably be absolutely fine on the choke plunger.

Note that O-rings are specified by the INTERNAL diameter and the material thickness.

Dont mention multibuy to me you beast, i havent got over the £9.70 yet. lol

Genuine suzuki is

Internal: 9.5mm
thickness: 1.5mm
Outer diameter 12.5mm

Cheers for that fella, will let you know if i can get em cheaper, £5-00 for a bit of rubber that costs pennys to manufacture is ****e.
