Default Vegetarians LOOK AWAY!!!

Went to a local farm shop today, they also have their own butchery and I made the mistake of asking if they had any chateaubriand...they did.

I managed to get this pic before I finished it as if anyone who loves red meat that you can cut with a spoon has not had this cut, cooked this way, you NEED to do it!!!

Off to the pub to wash it down.....

If an SV650 has a flat tyre in the forest and no-one is there to blow it up, how long will it be 'til someone posts that the reg/rec is duff and the world will end unless a CBR unit is fitted? A little bit of knowledge = a dangerous thing.

but it's only been seared its not cooked. now if you could roll that in some nice brussels pate and then roll in short crust and sprinkle some sesame seeds on stick it in the oven for 30-40mins i would be down in a jiffy.

Not bloody MBK...no blood on plate and that was half way through. If you rest it, you get no blood

Nope...seared, then cooked in the oven for 25 minutes to 135 degrees...perfect medium rare...no blood, just pink all the way through
