Default Help. How big...(Back protector)

Back protector, seen a few and knox seem to have decent reviews. some decent "buy it nows" appear on ebay, question is im 6ft 3, do i need large or extra large?

or do i go by cm's..?

do i need to measure my back to be certain!?!

I'm a shortie, only 5'7 and I got a 8 plate Knox Ricochet one. But I have quite a long back! Best bet you be try one on and get the shop to use the measurment board thingy against you're spine.

I'd argue the opposite. If you ride less often, it's more likely that something would spook you into having an off, in which case, a back protector wouldn't go amiss

I am 6'1 and have 9 bar knox protector. It feels a bit big and stops me moving my head a bit, probably due to having to share the same trouser with the remains of my winter excess.

Ive been looking at these but not sure if i could get on with one.

Do they go down into your trousers? im not sure if theres any space for one in mine!
