Default For Sale - Husqvarna WR125 (Dirt Bike)

Selling this on behalf of a mate who's just b*ggered off to Australia for a year, hence why it's currently residing at my place!

2004 model, just had a recent engine rebuild, new piston etc.

Good nick overall, starts no bother, brakes (Brembo, I might add) and forks (Ohlins, no less) etc are all good.

I was keeping it I'd be looking at fitting a new exhaust as the one that's on it has got a cracking dunt in the front of it and it's a bit blowy as a result. A quick squint on evilbay puts these at roughly £150 a pop (for an upgraded aftermarket one) so the price reflects this. Back tyre's probably half way through it's lifespan too.

These are currently going on eBay for anything between £1500 - £1900, depending on how ratty / mint they are.

He's after £1600 for this one or the nearest sensible offer. Like I say, I'm selling this for someone else so I can't go mad on the price (although he did say he needed to get rid, so...)

If anyone's interested I'll get some photos added later, if not I'll slap it on eBay.

Cheers
JM

Oh, should add that it's not currently road registered, so no MOT/Number Plates etc - purely for Off Road.

That said, you could daylight MOT it and use it on the roads, which would be awesome as it's fantastic fun!

Any suggestions where I should advertise this? Rather not have to resort to ebay and their horrendous fees if I can at all help it.?!

Don't!! I've tried every trick in the book to keep this but I need the funds for a house deposit! I've just about managed to talk my way into keeping the Blade, I've not a cat in hell's chance with this one...

Simple enough process once you get yor head round the DVLA's misguided ideas...

Do it and put off the house for a bit
