They were having loads of problems with their Ebay auctions a while back... Said they'd had some sort of major hacker attack. And they seemed to be getting even slower than usual (if that's possible) at respondingto calls and emails. But they did say they'd be back to normal soon, maybe this is just more of the same.

I spoke with Sarah friday and have been emailing her the past few weeks with replies within a few hours most of the time. I'd be very surprised if something had happened!

Their website was down over the weekend, looks like they 4got to pay the hosts
 , but its working fine now, ordered a few things this morning.
