Favourite road (must be in Essex)

Whats your favourite road(s) or bit of road in Essex and why ..... perhaps we can all list our favourites and if you've never ridden em you've got somewhere to aim for when you areout on a ride !

For me....
Burnham bends has got to be a given
A130 Barnston??? bends buses and lorries can be a pain though
A113 (Abridge) & the A128 I first cut my teeth on this road and fond memories of white bear pub meet
A1060 from the B184 all the way to Chelmsford quite twisty but generally open wide and inspires confidence
Is it the B1057 around finchingfield ?? very twisty and technical watch police on sunny sundays

Mmm...off the top of my head probably -

Braintree to Sible Hedingham via Halstead
Halstead to Coggeshall via Earles Colne
The A414 Chelmsford to Harlow

Well..

Monday Ventured out from rayleigh with my uncle on his sv 'curvy' Race spec + mirrors and lights.

And Myself on my faithfull steed K7

Went down to west Haningfield for a few laps around the lanes then off to the east Back down through woodham, then up to the burnham bends.

All round a really good trip and all on my doorstep.

Big thanks to my uncle for a great rideout.
