Might be worth a punt although it's one of the more basic stripped down models. However, the lens on it's own, if in good condition, would probably be worth the asking price.
I was going to say body only but i might be able to find a lens from somewhere ..

Alternatively, twice as expensive as the one you were looking at but a later model, better camera and with a 1.4.
