Are you sure its not the voices in your head ?

I'm pretty sure I've picked up random radio signals before on a pair of cheap nasty PC speakers. Also I have had interferance from taxi firms as well.

It could be that ? Is it all the time or does it come and go.

It comes and goes. I guess you must be right. My old speakers never used to do it. I might plug them back in.

I find if you talk back to the voices they normally go away.Bit tricky if they are foriegn though as they won't understand you.Try hitting them with a large hammer.

Someone told me Radio2 was getting interference from an Italian station yesterday, maybe something to do with that?

Did you know Radio Moscow could be picked up on old steel bedsprings, true!
