Optical. Canon 7d. I'm using a 400mm lens and I just can't seem to hold the camera steady for long. I've tried a monopod and its even worse lol

Been away in Gdansk for a couple of days. I can recommend it for a city break. City is clean, plenty of restaurants, food is good & cheap. Plenty to see

For anyone who wants a dose of Sunday morning cuteness, I overdosed at Chengdu's giant panda research base yesterday. I'd never seen red pandas before.

Mine's not quite as exciting as the pandas. Was just moving the gro bags to the bin and came across this little fella. I think it's a female newt. Iggle was trying to play with her, he'd got bored with chasing tomatoes! Managed to carefully pic her up and gently hid her behind the big plant pots. There are loads of mini beasts for her to feed on there.
