Default Looking for a classic-cruiser

I'm generally too tall for sports bikes at 6'6". I'm looking for something fresh, that fits.

I'm saving up to buy new. I'm 21 and have had 6 vehicles thus far, and I'd like to know for once that I can push the starter button and rely on it!

I want something classic/cruiser-ish. Think Triumph Thruxton/Rocket III (perfect size, too expensive)/Bonneville/Moto Guzzi V7 (both too small)/Gen 1 Vmax (bit too small).

Looking to spend up to ~£7000. Only prerequisites for now is that it'd fit a tall handsome man like myself.

Triumph wise the speedmaster and america just brush in under 7k according to the destination triumph web site, as does the basic bonnie.

If you like the retro stuff then a Kawasaki W800 http://www.kawasaki.co.uk/W800
In budget, and arguably more authentic a retro effort than the current bonnie

I looked into this type of bike a few years back, not really my thing, but could have been the only thing I could ride, although I've had several Hinkley Triumphs, I prefer the Victory range, the engines are ban upto date, the forward controls give a very generous riding position and everyday usable to, for your money you wouldn't get a new one, but something like this would be possible.

At 21 you shouldn't be thinking about cruisers. They are for old men. There are plenty of bikes that are more ergonomically friendly than a SS 600.

What about a big supermoto?

Any of the big ol' aircools from any of the 4 Japs

I agree with Mark on victory, they are tad (well a lot) more modern than the Harly's.
If you want to remove your brain Hyper 1100 or KTM990
