the video is at the bottom - he gives an interview which narrates it too. He wasn't actually riding really dangerously. Too quick for me, but he looks safe enough. I think its odd that he is being prosecuted on the basis that a bike left his house and returned. There is no footage of him personally or the bike. However in last weeks mcn a copper was photographed on his mobile doing 65 in a 40 zone, and two people reported it to the police. They said the photo was inconclusive, and he got away with it. It really shouldn't be one rule for them and another for us. |

Re: cought on youtube
I very much doubt he will be prosecuted for it. At least that's what I hope. There is no proof whatsoever that it was him on his bike. Like you say though, the judge may just take Mr plod's word for it and do him. Still, the guy is a tit for posting it in the first place showing the speedo.

Re: cought on youtube
The guys a fool for leaving his car reg etc on the video and then tubing it. How many of us can hold up their hand to not doing similar sort of riding?

Re: cought on youtube
I thought that the more serious the offence (as presumably dangerous driving is), the higher the necessity to prove his guilt beyond reasonable doubt, which surely they cannot do in this case - how can they prove beyond reasonable doubt that it was him on the bike?
