Default Solo seat cowls

Would you go for a Powerbronze or a Pyramid cowl for a 2000 curvy?

As Rigor once wisely said to me:

Go for the manufacturers own, or you'll only end up with one that doesnt fit perfectly, or that is not a perfect colour match.

I think he is right.

heya. i have got a pyramid one on my 2001 curvey. The colour is actually spot on which i was supprised about. The fit could be better but isnt bad. If you can get hold of the oem one i would go for that.

scott.

I dunno, the Pyramid ones I've seen for other bikes have been pretty good in both fit and colour match

Would be good to find an OEM one.. but they're a bit hard to come by. M&P have got coded Pyramid units for ?114 or Powerbronze in 'carbon effect' for ?60.

Cheers

Try your local Suzuki dealer, they should be able to order you one in.

I had the pyramid one & the fit wasn't fantastic I had to stuff a sock in the part that fitted under the hoop at the back to stop it rattling. I looked good & the colour match was 100%
