Default Oil problem

Gladius Having a recurring problem with my oil going on creamy like water is contaminating
Was told by the garage that it is condensation any one had similar problem and how do I cure it

that only happens when the bike is being used for very short trips and not getting up to high enough temp. or the head or water pump gasket is blown. or cheep carp oil.

Cheers. Yeah only been on short trips during the week then out at weekend which clears up after about an hour Could you see any engine problems arising from this

I had the same issue on my SV when using it for lots of short journeys. It cleared itself up and I shortly did an oil change after anyway just in case.

I would suggest checking out your airbox as I also found the same white looking gunk had made its way up to the carbon filter. (Smelt horrible)

be careful with the oil for the gladi as the bores are special coated.

Had the same problem a few years ago on short commutes in the winter. Clean it up an go for a long ride. Keep and eye on it though, shouldn't be a big deal. Go for an oil change if it's due soon.
