Cam Chain Tensioner - Which one?
Hi guys
Quick Q - Would I be best off getting a new original tensioner from Suzuki for me 2001 curvey, or getting a 2nd hand k3 one which is said to be more reliable? Feel a bit silly going into the dealers and ordering some head bolts for an 01 and a tensioner for an 03 :P |

Re: Cam Chain Tensioner - Which one?
The K3 version is much better as it has a spring and ratchet, as opposed to the original version which just has a spring and gets clogged and stuck.

The K3 one goes straight into a curvy and is loads better, have done it myself. You'll need the end plug etc. that goes with it (the complete set).
