Default Spark plug change and arrow on lead

Hi Orgers,

Was looking into the rough running I have been having recently so decided to check the plugs and coils. All was ok with both but I seem to remember reading something about the arrow on the spark plug boot needing to point to the exhaust side.

When I checked the front the arrow was to the opposite side and the leas didn't appear long enough to have it face the correct way so is this something that's critical?

Cheers,
AJ

It's possible the spark plug caps and boots have swapped previously. As long as the cap fully engages onto the top of the plug, and the plug lead isn't snagging or stretched across something, it should be fine.

You can spin the rubber bung around on the plug cap if needed.
