First Pillion Ride. - SV650.org

Lylej decided the weather was good enough for a quick 20-30 min ride.
Found it a little hard to get my leg on the back peg though, so it took a few attempts at getting on lol.... the seats so high!!
My arms are killing now though, from bracing my self against the tank when we were slowing down and braking, but i guess il get used to that

he didnt go too mental though, and it was alot of fun, however massive dirty black cloud spoilt the fun so we went home.
i was quite scared at the thought of being a pillion but its really not that bad, i just need to lean a little more he says and i'l be fine

Ask for your own bike next!

Any ideas / tips on getting another girl to not be so scared and to lean the right way as my gf is about as much use as a topbox.

Glad you had fun - I had it easy, Vixis had done a few (hundred) pillion miles before I took her out.

Oh and in answer to your sig, I prefer this version

No but you can get armour doubles up as a corset

That triumph is well nice too. I hate riding pillion, I need a change of pants by about 20mph!

I'm only 4 ft 10 so I can't reach the pillion pegs on the Duke. I use Pete's riders peg to get on, maybe doing that will help you.

Nice to see another pillion out there
