Default Didn't realise the pointy 650 was that slow.

I was sat at the of lights on Kennington Park Road (next to Oval station in London) and heading North towards Clapham waiting for the light to change.

As you do(well I do anyway) you try and make some space for other bikes. Along comes a rider on black pointy SV650 who proceeds to go past all the stopped bikes and plonks himself in front. I'm thinking maybe you know something I don't but no sweat. light change , I set off (Not too briskly) and as about to pull to the right I hear the revs on the pointy rising rapidly and he's alongside me and edging it. 'Silly bugger you' I thought and wacked it open , snicked it into second then third leaving him choking on the fumes from my blue curvy a$$.
Yep , know it's not big or clever but sometimes you go to draw a line somehow.

Next set of lights and light turned red so I stopped and made sure there was enough room for him to edge in front of the car. Looked across just incase I was mistaken with my earlier assesment of him but the rider just kept looking straight on . At the point I though 'indeed a muppet'

So if you are the rider on the black pointy , wears spectacles ,d ark visor and wearing a high viz bib 'don't be muppet'. You give the other SV riders a bad name

Cheers
Ben

.. and when you crash into the back of a stationery car by gunning it from the lights while rubbernecking the "muppet" we can all point and laugh at you as we drive past.

Default Obvious reason for this!

It was a black bike - Of course it was slow - Black ones are the slowest by far - Blue the quickest(obviously) - This is VERY well documented!

South-south-west surely.

Pedantically yours, Sid.

My resrricted sv can be ragged away from the lights as quick as a full power one!! Its only when you hit about 60 that the bike starts to lag behind
