Spider In The Bath
Well, actually there isn't...................not now..............but there was
Pete, like me, won't deliberately kill anything (except wasps, in my case, but THEY deserve it! Vindictive little b*gg*rs) so his patent mathod of dealing with a spider in the bath is to pull off a long piece of toilet paper, drape it down into the bath and over the edge, and wait for the spider to climb out. All very kind, but it leaves a problem This...... is now lurking somewhere in the house waiting for it's chance to run out as I stumble into the bathroom half asleep and tread on it with bare feet Or, it's going to make a tasty little snack for whichever of my cats spots it first. Either way, it's doomed. Maybe flushing it down the plughole would have been kinder
