Me and the missus started going to 'Rockfit'. The sense of euphoria afterwards was totally unexpected. The level of breathlessness, subsequent aches & pains (arthritic knees), profuse sweating wasn't. If you like rock and need to get fit(ish) give it go. Sounds this week were Scorpions, Asia, Alice cooper, Metallica, Bon Jovi, Korn and lots of others. Best Saturday morning I've had in ages.

I get that feeling too but the rock usually says "Blackpool" all the way through it and it's probably more of a sugar rush than euphoria to be honest .

jumped on the scales today and i'm back down to 'my' ideal weight 10st. i was 13st this time last year
