Well the "Points don't mean prizes" system has recently been introduced here in Spain. Not before time as the death rates on the roads here each year are simply ridiculous!

Just like in the UK the cut off mark is 12 points. However a speeding conviction carries a 4 point penalty!

Stupidly in my view though, discarding litter from a car carries more points than using a mobile phone when driving!

well, it all depends on the "litter in question"
disposing of a used fridge while driving should carry more points than using a mobile

Would that work in this case? I thought they would have clocked you with video and the calibrated speedo, not radar...

Noooooooo nothing i've said is of any relavence now as he never took it to court.
