05 sv650 won't start

I have an 05 sv650 motor that I'm using as a race bike in a custom frame. Originally the bike ran but after trying to remove all the extra junk out of the hArness that's not needed for a race bike the bike will no longer start. Bike cranks as it should, has spark, just replaced both plugs, fuel pump is running as it should but will not start. Bike will occasionally bike fire back through the throttle body on the rear cylinder shooting a flame which means there has to be fuel and spark of some kind but only doesn it from the rear cylinder. I'm sure I caused the problem by something that was cut but I cannot figure out what it would be and am running out of ideas. Also the ignition switch has been bypassed, kickstand, clutch, tip over and pair system all removed. I've looked over the hArness 100 times and cannot figure out what I'm missing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Put a link in the diagnostic plug and check the fault code.

Mine was the tip over switch C23 fault code. I removed it and opened it up and reset the switch and started it before reassembling.

I have no gauges to use for diagnostic to check codes I was trying to get away without buying a set just for that and the tip over switch has been bypassed with a 100ohm resistor to the orange/red wire

That's me out.

I figured it out. Coil wires were on the wrong coils so it was firing at the wrong time which is why it was just backfiring but thank you for trying to help
