I just realised my fuel sensor is a no no.
I just realised my fuel sensor is a no no. I've got to replace it but although I've done f*ck all on my bike I've never done this. Do you need a gasket or something? To say the truth I haven't had the chance to pop the tank up yet, so I don't know what is needed, but I'm pretty sure it's the sensor as the lamp is ok and the wiring's fine too.
Anyone done this? Maybe a hint or two on how to go about this. |

1) Take out old sensor
2) screw in new sensor Obviously, make sure it's empty first, I know you're not daft but it had to be said I think technically you should replace the gasket, but I've had mine out half a dozen times and it's still fine.- then again, I'm wanted by the Gasket Reuse Police.

I know this may sound daft but I'm during my brake at work and was thinking of the fault. Just thought I'd get some tips. I'll have to wait till next week to attack this as I'm working this weekend.
