I promise to not behave.

the chance of any of them actually turning up is pretty slim to be honest Si. No one would want you to behave anyway, I'm not going to at any rate.

Your not part of the other half. Your part of the group. The 'other half' are the normally non participating members of the community. Besides, I'd expect nothing else other than total mis-behaviour from you. In fact, I am positively looking forward to it.

Quick update - I have just heard back from the campsite regarding group bookings...

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT NOBODY SHOULD BOOK ANYTHING UNTIL A DECISION HAS BEEN MADE.

If we ensure that there are at least 10 pitches then we will qualify for a 10% discount. In addition to this they will also waive the £3 additional pitch fee. If my estimates are correct we would therefore be looking at paying £19.80 for 2 nights instead of £28.

Other things we should note - 2 adults are included in the price of a single pitch, however there is an additional charge of £5 per night for an additional vehicle/bike.

The Large tent option_________________________________
If we were to take a 12 man tent, then we would have to pay £5 per extra bike and £4.50 per extra adult. It might be laugh though! How big is the tent and can it fit on the back of a bike?

What do we want to do?
1 - Take a risk - go for the group booking now and hope that we have over 10 pitches at the end
2 - Play it safe - Do a poll to see how many people we will have
3 - Get intimate - go for the group tent option and hope that you dont wake up spooning the Ape!

I'm happy with whatever. Easiest option is going to be own tent and paying the twenty quid. I'm confident we'll have 10 people going.

That is 10 tents. IE Sarah and EvilTwin would count as 1.

Thinking this through - if we go with option 1 then I will need coordinate the booking of the site. Group bookings have to be done in 1 go and a deposite has to be left.

Disclaimer:
If your name is on this list then you are signing up for the camping day and are asking me (KnightRider) to book you a position. If you pull out then I will be expecting you to refund me any costs that I incure from the campsite (could be the loss of deposite or full cost of the weekend depending on when you pull out).
