Lots of engine oil, wipe it all round the disc

(Please note, do not do this under any circumstances)

Remove the rodent that's trapped between the pad and disk or just use the front one instead

Try copper-greasing the piston/back of the pad witha LIGHT covering of the stuff

2 ways to try,

easy way is get a tin of aerosol Brake Cleaner (e.g. Halfords typically £4-50 a tin) and just spray the caliper and pads to wash out the dust.

Better way is get a tin of Brake Cleaner and some Copper Grease, take the pads out, spray everything to clean the crud out, clean the backs of the pads taking care not to lose any shims that might be fitted. When clean, very lightly smear some copper grease on the backs of the pads and the shims, and reassemble.

It is worthwhile attempting to remove your rear pads. if successfull don't just use copper crease on the back of the pads apply it to the pins as well

They are inserted into a blind hole in which they will seize and become a devil of a job to remove in the future.

IMHO greasing of the pins should have been part of the PDI. 5 minutes work when they are free and 3 hours and a fortune in new seals/pins etc. once seized.
