My 6 year old has bad Christmasitis again, she's really tired already

She made mince pies with her grandma today & helped decorate the tree too.

What's not to like about seeing the happy face of your kids or families kids

They wise up to what's going on, but even my 13 year old is looking forward to Xmas

My son's 16 and daughter 14 and they still love the myth and excitement of Xmas, they know Santa isn't real but wouldn't tell you that

And yes, other parents at nursery and primary school will hate you.

I knew for years that Santa didn't exist before my parents 'fessed up, but since I knew they bought the presents and they said kids who didn't believe didn't get any, it was me who lied to them about believing in it.

How many people resent their parents for lying to them about Santa? It's her issue, not the kids, why should they miss out 'cos she's developed psychological imbalance over it?
