Cable oilers?
My throttle keeps sticking open and is really annoying me now so have decided to get a cable oiler.
I have seen the manual type but would rather buy a better one as it would be usefull in the bodyshop from time to time. I have found this on ebay, has anybody used them and are they any good? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Hydraulic-...item2ec1e83887 |

I've got one & it's not that great in my experience. I've also got one like eBay item 300721901269 & I use that a lot more.
Are you sure it's the cable sticky & not dodgy routing? |

Re: Cable oilers?
I have one exactly the same that I bought about twenty years ago, it's excellent, far better than the aerosol type.
I've replaced the rubber seal a couple of times with a home made one, and also I made a smaller seal to fit narrower cables, recommended.
