Charley Boorman
I'm a little bit excited, well, ok, very excited. Off to another talk by Charley Boorman next Sunday. He'll start to think I'm stalking him!!
Happened to get home to Warwick today, and there is a Warwick Words festival next week, the poster I walked past was advertising Charley talking about 'By Any Means'. As soon as I got home managed to book tickets. Yay, something to look forward to! |

Sorry but I'm not a massive fan of him. IMO he's a crap actor all he ever did was long way down or whatever but he was just constantly showing off.
What are his talks like?

I don't rate him as an actor, but think as a travel presenter he's very good. Personally the best prog he's done is Race to Dakar. I find his programmes very refreshing and his enthusiasm is brill.
Perhaps I'm just a big fan because he's lush! Lou |

He was on the same flight as me once.
Only realised who we was a few weeks later when there was a pic of him on here, had clocked him at the time as being slightly familiar, and the guy that was talking to him was obviously a fan-boy from the way he was talking to him.
