Question technical help

i was riding home today, there was a strange and very loud noise which i believe came from the chain area. after which there seemed to be less power..

anyone tecnically minded have any idea what this could be??

Check your back wheel is fully tight and not slideing back and forward!

Are there teeth on the sprockets ? Don't laugh, that was a true story in MCN a few weeks back.

normally, if there's a noise and maybe a loss of power you would stop and look even if you're unsure what you're looking for you might notice something "diiferent", unless there were zombies chasing you... were there zombies?


Oh, and tentacles, I wouldn't stop if there were tentacles, definitely not a good thing on a bike are tentacles.

Is your exhaust pipe blowing? Not sure it would make that much difference? Was it at the front of the chain area or the rear? Is the tire under pressure or do you have a puncture? You'll have to narrow it down a bit!
