Removed baffle and Mr plod
I haven't fitted the baffle in my can since buying it and was wondering what the consequences would be if Mr Plod decided to stop me? A fine? A slap on the wrist? Impound my bike?
The BSAU mark is on the can not the baffle but I figure any copper who knows his stuff won't accept that. I really haven't got a clue does anyone know first hand? |

most cops wouldnt even notice it, but if they do they would probably just ask you to put the baffle in, so maybe keep it under the pillion seat

I was caught with a non stamped Remus can and small plate, £30 fine for the small plate and a rectification notice and document produce at the local police station for the can. Had to refit the original can take it to an MOT centre get a doc stamped (£10.00 charge) then produce the stamped doc, MOT, reg and insurance at the local station
